Set your color palette to
#8A98AC and to #DDE1E7



Go to preset shapes and choose these settings



Draw a flower in the middle of your background.
You can move it with the mover tool.

Go to Layers, ad a new raster layer.

Select your paintbrush tool
and choose these settings.

I used #DCB674 for the color of the heart.
This is how your image should look now.



Go to layers, merge, merge all.
Save your image.

You're done!
